Workshops
Heal & Grow Together, is a series of individual transformative monthly workshops for couples. During these 2 hour workshops, you and your partner will have the opportunity to engage and deepen your bond. The topics are varied and carefully chosen to reflect the needs of close relationships.
Hold Me Tight Programme is a series of 7 workshops developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, creator of Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFCT). Couples who have participated in the workshop report a new understanding of each other and their relationship; they develop better communication skills and feel closer.
