At times, life can be challenging, and it's common to feel stuck or overwhelmed. Our journey together is about helping you navigate those challenges and empowering you to find your unique path to personal growth and well-being. Through a collaborative and personalised approach, we will work to identify and address the root of any underlying issues you may be experiencing.
My approach is holistic and rich of my extensive training in varied modalities. Thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are explored, and clients can reconnect with their own inner resources. For other clients, visualisation and the use of hypnotic language of Clinical Hypnotherapy help overcoming anxiety, phobias and childhood trauma. Trained in Internal Family System, I help clients heal the various ‘parts’ or ‘sub-personalities’ which when in conflicts, inhibit growth and transformation.
I also work with ‘BWRT®’ which stands for ‘Brain Working Recursive Technique®. The beauty of this modality is that clients do not have to reveal private information or personal secrets to reach their transformation goals.
Regardless of the modality, my aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. Regaining a sense of self-worth empowers people to find ways to cope and helps them become resilient.

Free Video Call:
Prior to your first session, you can book a 20-minute complimentary video call to explore our work. Following the call you will receive a questionnaire so we can prepare for your sessions.
Pre-Work:
Before our first session, I'll send over a questionnaire to help me better understand your situation and the challenges you're facing.
Assessment & Goals:
We'll work together to assess your areas for growth and establish specific goals for what you want to achieve in our work together. These goals will guide our sessions and help us track progress along the way.
Tools & Exercises:
I'll provide you with practical tools and exercises to use in between sessions as well as other resources that will help you reach your growth goals. Learn more about my methods here.
Progress:
As we work together, we'll track your progress and regularly revisit your goals. It's important to celebrate the progress you make, no matter how small, and adjust our approach as needed to keep moving forward.

Yes, Therapy & Coaching are confidential. Therapists and coaches are bound by ethical and legal obligations to protect your privacy. However, there are exceptions to confidentiality, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Yes, you can. I offer an Introductory Call. You can take this time to ask questions and explain your situation.
You can expect to talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will listen, provide support, ask questions, and offer insights or strategies to help you address your concerns. Sessions typically last 90 minutes. During your first session we will discuss and agree on a bespoke programme to attend to your goals and needs. You can choose to pay as you go or take a Package of 4 Sessions, depending on what is needed.
Initially, weekly sessions are common, but as you progress, sessions may become less frequent. The number of sessions will depend on your goals and needs. Consistency and active participation are also essential for positive outcomes.
