‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI.
It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to your therapist, and it is carried out in a completely conscious state.
BWRT® does not use hypnosis or any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical, and down-to-earth. For it to succeed, you only need to know what you want to change in your life.
No, it is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you get better.
Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT®, and all adhere to a strict ethical code.

My Own Story
I changed career when most people at that age are winding down for retirement. I had been successful in my previous career, which I had been doing for over 20 years; I was well trained and experienced. Changing career was tough, and I suffered from imposter syndrome. Three sessions of BWRT® with an experienced practitioner and I was able to embrace my new path with passion, conviction and self-assurance. I have since helped clients live a better life and I'm grateful to be part of professional which has embraced this modality worldwide.

Free Video Call:
Before we begin, you can book a complimentary 20-minute Zoom call. This is a relaxed space to discuss what's bringing you here, answer your questions, and see whether we're the right fit to work together. No pressure, no commitment—just an honest conversation about what you need and how I might be able to help.
Pre-Work:
Before our first session, I’ll send over a questionnaire to help me better understand your situation and then challenges you’re facing. This will give you space to reflect and set the stage for deeper, more focused work from the very first meeting.
Booking & Scheduling
Once you receive your preparation email, you'll have access to my online booking system to schedule and manage your session timings. I can work with you online via Zoom or in person, depending on your location and preference.
Our Session
A blend of conversation, insight, and real change in your experience. Alongside emotional exploration, I'll share frameworks and tools you can use in everyday life. This isn't just about understanding—it's about building skills that create lasting change.
