These workshops are educational and experiential in nature, designed to teach specific skills and concepts in a group setting. While they may be therapeutic, they are not therapy. Workshops focus on learning and practice rather than ongoing treatment of specific conditions. They can complement individual therapy but do not replace it.
No prior knowledge is required. Each workshop is designed to be accessible to beginners while still offering value to those with some familiarity with the concepts.
Absolutely. Many participants find these workshops complement their individual therapy work. You might want to mention to your therapist that you're planning to attend.
Workshops are limited to 12 participants to ensure a safe, intimate environment and allow for personalized attention.
Please bring a notebook and pen for reflections, water, and wear comfortable clothing.
All sharing is voluntary. You're welcome to participate at a level that feels comfortable for you. Many exercises can be done privately even in a group setting.
Once you book a workshop it is non-refundable. If you can’t attend a workshop, it can be transferred up to 48 hours before the original workshop. Transfers will not be possible with less than 48 hours’ notice of the original workshop. A workshop can only be transferred once to another workshop of the same value.
