16 hours of focused, undivided support over a weekend or weekdays (your choice).

We'll create a safe space where both of you can be heard without judgment. You'll learn to communicate in ways that bring you closer rather than pushing you apart. Why Couples Coaching Requires Specialised Training:
Couples coaching isn't just individual coaching with two people in the room. It requires specialised training to work with the relationship system—not just two individuals.
In working with couples, I focus on the relationship system—the patterns between you, not just what's happening within each individual. I help you understand how you trigger each other, how protective patterns play out, and how to break the cycles that keep you stuck.
I draw from evidence-based couples approaches:
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) - Understanding and reshaping the emotional bonds between you
- Imago Relationship Therapy - Exploring how your past shapes your present relationship patterns
- The Gottman Method - Building friendship, managing conflict constructively, creating shared meaning
- Discernment Counselling - When you're unsure whether to work on the relationship or separate

Free Video Call:
Before we begin, you can book a complimentary 20-minute Zoom call. This is a relaxed space to discuss what's bringing you here, answer your questions, and see whether we're the right fit to work together. No pressure, no commitment—just an honest conversation about what you need and how I might be able to help.
Pre-Work:
Before our first session, I’ll send over a questionnaire to help me better understand your situation and then challenges you’re facing. This will give you space to reflect and set the stage for deeper, more focused work from the very first meeting.
Booking & Scheduling
Once you receive your preparation email, you'll have access to my online booking system to schedule and manage your session timings. I can work with you online via Zoom or in person, depending on your location and preference.

Yes, everything is confidential. Therapists and coaches are bound by ethical and legal obligations to protect your privacy. However, there are exceptions to confidentiality, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
No, I work with any type of committed relationship, including dating, engaged, cohabiting, or married couples. My clients come from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds too. The focus is on improving the quality of the relationship and resolving conflicts.
Clients consult when they are facing challenges or conflicts that they cannot resolve on their own. Common reasons include communication problems, infidelity, trust issues, intimacy concerns, and frequent arguments. I also see couples who want to strengthen their relationship prior to getting married or clients who want to separate but don’t agree on the logistics nor parenting issues.
During the first session, partners help me understand their current situation, their relationship history and how they've arrived where they are today. During subsequent sessions, partners uncover what they subconsciously bring to their relationship. I support them in their transformation goals. Gradually partners transform and connect emotionally. The goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for open emotional communication: 'The key to forever lasting change'. I follow a Structured Roadmap to Couple Counselling which is inspired by my extensive training in Couple coaching.
The duration of our work varies depending on the complexity of the issues and the progress made. I have worked with couples who have seen improvement in a few sessions, and others who have benefited from longer term coaching. Some clients prefer to choose pay-as-you-go sessions, whereas others choose the commitment of a 6-Sessions Package.
If one of you is ambivalent about the relationship, we would work with Discernment Counselling (DC) so that you and your partner have the space to discuss your concerns. DC helps couples decide to 1. Stay in the Status Quo; 2. Quit the relationship or 3. Start Couple coaching.
Couple coaching can be highly effective, but there are no guarantees. Success depends on the willingness of both partners to engage in the process, the severity of the issues, and the compatibility of the couple. It's essential to approach couple coaching with an open mind and a commitment to working on your relationship.
