Regular Sessions
Format: 60 or 90-minute sessions (in-person in Dubai or online)
Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed—tailored to where you are in your journey

Free Video Call:
Before we begin, you can book a complimentary 20-minute Zoom call. This is a relaxed space to discuss what's bringing you here, answer your questions, and see whether we're the right fit to work together. No pressure, no commitment—just an honest conversation about what you need and how I might be able to help.
Pre-Work:
Before our first session, I’ll send over a questionnaire to help me better understand your situation and then challenges you’re facing. This will give you space to reflect and set the stage for deeper, more focused work from the very first meeting.
Booking & Scheduling
Once you receive your preparation email, you'll have access to my online booking system to schedule and manage your session timings. I can work with you online via Zoom or in person, depending on your location and preference.
Our Session
A blend of conversation, insight, and real change in your experience. Alongside emotional exploration, I'll share frameworks and tools you can use in everyday life. This isn't just about understanding—it's about building skills that create lasting change.

Oui, le travail de Thérapie & de Coaching est confidentiel ? Les thérapeutes et les coachs sont tenus par des obligations éthiques et légales de protéger votre vie privée. Toutefois, il existe des exceptions à la confidentialité, notamment lorsqu'il y a un risque de préjudice pour vous-même ou pour d'autres personnes.
Oui, c'est possible. Je propose un Appel d'Introduction. Vous pouvez prendre ce temps pour poser des questions et expliquer votre situation.
Vous pouvez vous attendre à parler de vos pensées, de vos sentiments et de vos expériences. Je vous écouterai, vous soutiendrai, vous poserai des questions et vous proposerai des idées ou des stratégies pour vous aider à résoudre vos problèmes. Les séances durent généralement 90 minutes. Lors de la première séance, nous discuterons et conviendrons d'un programme sur mesure pour répondre à vos objectifs et à vos besoins. Vous pouvez payer chaque séance séparément, ou prendre un Forfait de 4 Séances, selon les besoins.
Au début, les séances sont souvent hebdomadaires, mais au fur et à mesure que vous progressez, elles peuvent devenir moins fréquentes. Le nombre de séances dépendra de vos objectifs et de vos besoins. La régularité et la participation active sont également essentielles pour obtenir des résultats positifs.
