Regular Sessions
Format: 60 or 90-minute sessions (in-person in Dubai or online)
Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed—tailored to where you are in your journey

During your free 20-minute introductory call and first session, we'll discuss what's needed and create a plan to reach your goals.

Free Video Call:
Before we begin, you can book a complimentary 20-minute Zoom call. This is a relaxed space to discuss what's bringing you here, answer your questions, and see whether we're the right fit to work together. No pressure, no commitment—just an honest conversation about what you need and how I might be able to help.
Pre-Work:
Before our first session, I’ll send over a questionnaire to help me better understand your situation and then challenges you’re facing. This will give you space to reflect and set the stage for deeper, more focused work from the very first meeting.
Booking & Scheduling
Once you receive your preparation email, you'll have access to my online booking system to schedule and manage your session timings. I can work with you online via Zoom or in person, depending on your location and preference.
Our Session
A blend of conversation, insight, and real change in your experience. Alongside emotional exploration, I'll share frameworks and tools you can use in everyday life. This isn't just about understanding—it's about building skills that create lasting change.

Between sessions, your growth will be supported by an exclusive online collection of worksheets, guides, and resources.

Yes, all Coaching is confidential. coaches are bound by ethical and legal obligations to protect your privacy. However, there are exceptions to confidentiality, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
Yes, you can. I offer an Introductory Call. You can take this time to ask questions and explain your situation.
You can expect to talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will listen, provide support, ask questions, and offer insights or strategies to help you address your concerns. Sessions typically last 90 minutes. During your first session we will discuss and agree on a bespoke programme to attend to your goals and needs. You can choose to pay as you go or take a Package of 4 Sessions, depending on what is needed.
