You might be familiar with individual sessions as a one off or on a regular basis. My approach is holistic and rich from my extensive training in varied modalities. I adapt the support to your particular needs which we discuss during your introductory call and during your first session.
Progress is monitored so that we are always addressing what is needed.Regardless of the modality we use, my aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. Prior to your first session, you can book a 20-minute complimentary video call to explore our work. Following the call you will receive a questionnaire so we can prepare for your sessions.
Pre-Work:
Before our first session, I'll send over a questionnaire to help me better understand your situation and the challenges you're facing.
Assessment & Goals:
We'll work together to assess your areas for growth and establish specific goals for what you want to achieve in our work together. These goals will guide our sessions and help us track progress along the way.
Tools & Exercises:
I'll provide you with practical tools and exercises to use in between sessions as well as other resources that will help you reach your growth goals. Learn more about my methods here.
Progress:
As we work together, we'll track your progress and regularly revisit your goals. It's important to celebrate the progress you make, no matter how small, and adjust our approach as needed to keep moving forward.

Yes, you can. I offer an Introductory Call. You can take this time to ask questions and explain your situation.
You can expect to talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will listen, provide support, ask questions, and offer insights or strategies to help you address your concerns. Sessions typically last 90 minutes. During your first session we will discuss and agree on a bespoke programme to attend to your goals and needs. You can choose to pay as you go or take a Package of 4 Sessions, depending on what is needed.
